Marti Engineering
Applications where standard machines are not or are no longer sufficient require a strong partner. Working in close cooperation, marti engineering implements the requirements of customer specifications optimally. The project team looks after the customer and their machine from the development of the idea, through the design, programming and assembly to on-site commissioning. The service team also offers the required support after delivery.
Feasibility studies/Analysis
marti engineering checks the realistic implementation of customer ideas. A customer does not always need a ready-to-use machine. marti engineering carries out preliminary projects with feasibility studies and analyzes to support a cost/benefit calculation and thus the basis for decision-making in project implementation.
Development and Construction
Based on the customer's specifications and the existing concept ideas, solutions are developed and analyzed and discussed in close consultation with the customer. Assessing the advantages and disadvantages and the risks of different approaches is key during this stage of the project. After the final concept has been decided, it is designed to be ready for production using the latest CAD program (computer-aided design).
PLC programming
The machine’s PLC programming will be carried out by the specialists in house. Good cooperation between engineering, programming and the customer leads to a clear, intuitive and reliable operation. Corresponding safety regulations for compliance with the Machinery Directive have already been incorporated into the electrical planning according to the risk assessment and are also implemented by the PLC programmers.
Production
marti engineering has a clear production machine fleet (2x 3-axis CNC, 1x NC, 1x lathe, drilling and sawing stations) for the production of mainly aluminum parts for customer projects. Thanks to the in-house production, rework and express orders can also be carried out more quickly. Tools such as the CAM program (computer-aided manufacturing) enable the production of highly-complex contours directly from the 3D data.
In house assembly and commissioning
The assembly team at marti engineering consists of automation engineers and mechanics and assembles the customer project in the company’s own 800m2 assembly hall. During commissioning, the processes and operation are tested, sometimes in the presence of the customer. Any necessary changes are carried out promptly in close consultation with engineering and the customer.

The pipe processing system is very reliable. Up to 7 km of pipe can be processed in one day

Our palletizing/depalletizing robot including conveyor technology as the first system from marti system runs flawlessly and reliably in a 3-shift operation. In the meantime, the cooperation has also been continued with follow-up projects and future projects are currently being planned.
