We work with you to analyse the advantages and disadvantages of different approaches, assess risks and coordinate the concepts closely with your team. Once approved, the final concept is brought to production readiness – efficiently, thoughtfully and future-proof.

Our in-house programmers develop intuitive, reliable control solutions – including safety-related implementation in accordance with current machine regulations. Close cooperation between engineering, programming and your team ensures clear and safe operation. Safety functions are already taken into account in the electrical planning and fully integrated into the PLC control system.

Thanks to our own machinery, we manufacture prototypes and series parts for our own needs with precision and flexibility. CAM-supported manufacturing directly from 3D data also enables the production of complex contours.
Our machinery allows us to respond quickly to express orders and rework.

We implement your projects in their entirety in our 800 m² assembly hall. Our mechanics and automation engineers carry out the mechanical and electrical assembly. During commissioning, all process flows are tested, together with your team if necessary. Change requests are implemented promptly in close consultation with our engineering department.

Our specialists take care of installation and commissioning at your site worldwide – including training and handover of the operational system. Depending on the size of the project, our teams are on site for several days to weeks to ensure a smooth handover to your operating personnel.
